Method Of Preparation
Soak moong dal in water for 1 to 2 hours.
Remove stems, wash and coarsely chop green chillies.
Grind soaked moong dal, green chillies and salt together into somewhat coarse paste.
Remove onto a bowl.Heat oil in a pan, add all talimpu ingredients in order.
When urad dal turns light brown, remove from heat and add to above bowl.
Mix thoroughly and serve with idly, dosa, etc…Notes: Let this chutney be a little coarse.
