Wash and coarsely chop fenugreek leaves.
Crush garlic pods and grind green chillies coarsely.Heat oil in a pan, add crushed garlic pods and urad dal.
When seeds start to splutter, add fenugreek leaves and saute for a minute.
Now add coarsely ground green chillies and grated cocounut.
Fry for few seconds and mix in the cooked rice.
Serve with a squeeze of lime.Notes: To make it less spicy, halve the chillies.
