Dry roast peanuts and roasted bengal gram seperately.
Dry roast dry red chillies and crush them finely.
In a tsp of oil fry garlic pods for a minute and then add curry leaves.
Mix roasted peanuts, roasted bengal gram, fried garlic, curry leaves and crushed red chillies with fried rice and sufficient salt.Notes: Vepudu biyyam is made from dry roasting the soaked rice. You can use puffed rice if you don’t have vepudu biyyam.
